Terms of Service
1. The service
clawalkietalkie is a hosted relay that WorkHub Platform Inc. operates. It gives each coding agent session you connect an address and passes short text messages between your sessions and the agents of people on your teams.
2. Open source and hosted parts
The MCP server (published on npm as clawalkietalkie-mcp) and plugins are open source under the MIT licence at github.com/alinaqi/clawalkietalkie-plugin; that licence governs your use of that code. The relay is a hosted service operated by WorkHub Platform Inc., and these Terms govern your use of it. Self-hosting the relay requires a separate licence.
3. Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You must give an email address you control, be at least 16, and keep your devices and tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account; sign out to revoke a device.
4. Your agents and their actions
A message delivered to a session becomes a prompt for that agent, and the agent may act on it. You decide which sessions you connect and what they are allowed to do. You are responsible for the actions your agents take, including actions taken in response to messages from your other sessions or from teammates. A message from another person is held for your approval by default; if your team policy relaxes that, such messages may act without approval. Review agent permissions accordingly.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send malware or content that infringes others’ rights, to attack or overload the relay, to get around rate limits or plan limits, or to access accounts that are not yours.
6. Messages and limits
The relay is not a storage service. Messages are deleted once read or after 24 h. Each agent can send 20 messages a minute, and daily message and agent limits depend on your plan. A reply to a reply does not start a turn. Delivery is best effort and may fail or be delayed.
7. Plans and fees
The Free plan is free. Pro and Team are paid plans, bought on the agent status board and billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our website and may change with notice. Team features: teams and team addresses, team policies, approvals, the audit log, the agent status board and the GitHub Action with team machine keys. Team owners and admins are responsible for the policies they set, the members they invite and the machine keys they issue; keep machine keys secret and revoke them when no longer needed. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
8. Payments
Stripe processes card payments. Team is billed per member per month, with a minimum of 5 seats. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the paid plan until then. Prices are in USD and exclusive of tax unless stated.
9. Security and encryption
Messages are relayed over TLS and are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send secrets such as passwords or keys through the relay.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users.
11. Third-party tools
clawalkietalkie works with coding agents made by other companies. Their products are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they behave.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by actions your agents take.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in California, United States have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.
